7 Home Remedies to Get White Teeth Overnight

White teeth are the reflection of a beautiful smile. However, not every person on this Planet is born with beautiful, white teeth.  Those who smoke cigarettes, drink a lot wine, tea and coffee have yellow teeth because of these reasons. If you are one of the many people in the world who is desperate for white teeth and the toothpaste is not really helping you a lot, then you need to try some of our suggestions that you probably have in your kitchen. Here they are:

1. Strawberries

The strawberries consist of Malic acid which helps in whitening the teeth. Slice the strawberries in half. Rub them on your teeth. Immediately brush with fluoride toothpaste. Or, you can mash the berries and utilize them as toothpaste.

2. Baking Soda

Mix two tablespoons, each of baking soda and toothpaste. Place this mixture on the aluminium foil. Put and press the foil on your teeth. Leave it for half to one hour. After that, brush with regular toothpaste. Or, sprinkle baking soda on your toothpaste and brush with it.

Note: Do not employ this remedy more than once a week.


3. Hydrogen Peroxide

You need to mix equal quantities of both water and hydrogen peroxide. Use this solution to gargle. This is very good effective home remedy to prevent the growth of bacteria and get white teeth.

4. Sea Salt

Combine the sea salt with cider vinegar, and prepare a paste. Apply this paste on your teeth. Use this remedy twice a month.

Note: Repeated use of this remedy can increase sensitivity and damage your teeth.

5. Homemade Toothpaste

You need to take some toothpaste and mix table salt, hydrogen peroxide, and baking soda in it. Use it to brush your teeth. It will eliminate fast the stains and make your teeth white.


6. Apple

Apples will help you to get white teeth. Therefore, eat apples and see the difference.

7. Lemon

Squeeze half lemon in a half glass of water. Stir well. Use this solution to gargle. Repeat using the remedy once or twice a week. Note: Do not practice this remedy more than twice a week. Avoid direct use of lemon on teeth; otherwise, it may damage your teeth.
